2009 AGM

Palmyra Drag Racing Club will hold the 2009 AGM on the 6th of Dec, starting at 15:00 at the Mackay Aero Club.

Reminder any pre-nominations are required two weeks prior to the date, which is the 22nd of Nov.

Membership renewal will be due on the AGM.
As a result in order to vote you must have paid your membership before or on the day for renewals.

New members are not able to vote if they join on the day.

at the track in the scrutineers shed,
at the Aero Club
and I'll put them up here.

That is of course if we get any.

Oh and by the way.

nomination will be "accepted" on the day if no one has pre-nom'd for the position.

How do we go about paying our membership again?

Do we need to fill out a new form or can our existing membership simply be rolled over (being that my credit card details should be on file).

as for membership, I dont believe we keep credit card details on file after the payment is made.
So I do think people will need to fill out the form again. Here
